| Michael J. "Mike" Donohue is a Cape May County native born in Cape May Court House in 1967. The youngest of seven kids in an Irish-Italian, Roman Catholic family, Mike learned very early the art of navigating human affairs. A graduate of Middle Township High School, The Catholic Univerisity of America (B.A. World Politics) and the Stetson University College of Law (Juris Doctor), Mike has been deeply involved in Republican Politics for more than a decade. He is a former Stone Harbor Borough Councilman and the current Republican Municipal Leader in Dennis Township. Mike has served in various volunteer capacities for many local, federal and state candidates. In 2007 and 2009, Mike was a Republican candidate for State Assembly, coming up just short of victory district-wide, but winning in Cape May County where he was the top vote-getter in '09. He is married to former Washington Times and Atlantic City Press reporter Jeanne Dewey and the couple have three children.
